It was recently decided that Brian Rasmussen would not be the drummer playing on the new album due to be recorded this summer. His departure comes as a mutual decision between him and the band. Brian has a lot of work, a.o. recording the debut album with his own band Mnemic (www.mnemic.com), and thus it became harder and harder for the band to work effeciently.

The new drummer is Jakob Gundel, former Withering Surface skinbasher. His talents will be heard on the new album.

Apart from a drummers-exchange, Invocator can "welcome back" bassplayer Carsten N. Mikkelsen, who played on "Dying To Live".
